Early Morning Accident Leads to a Laundry List of Tickets

A call to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on First Avenue in the City of Gloversville ended when the driver of one of the vehicles involved was found to be intoxicated. Gloversville Police Department Patrol Officer Jonathan Bellamy says in his report that shortly before 2:30 Wednesday morning when he investigated the accident he discovered that Kefron E. Durrin, age 30, of 14 Third Avenue had struck a parked vehicle  with the vehicle she was operating.  A computer check revealed that Ms. Durrin’s license was suspended and that she was the subject of an active warrant issued out of the City of Gloversville Court for failure to pay a fine. Durrin was charged with the following – DWI, DWI with a BAC .08% or greater, Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 2nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator, Failure to Use a Designated Lane and arrested on a bench warrant. Ms. Durrin was processed on the charges and held for arraignment.
